The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that's middle-of-the-road. It's a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the features that are found in its more expensive sibling.
During testing it was able to take on dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard floors. It does not use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do, to locate your home.
1. Roomba S9+ from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. This robot vac performs well on both floors that are bare and carpet with a low pile. It can pick up pet hair and clean big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot claims it will improve in the future with new models.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba that uses a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes this will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are widely used however we found it only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also has a superior filtration system that blocks micro-sized particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. We like the statement but not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to remember the layout of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior of your home. It can then clean your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as set up virtual boundaries, so it is aware of areas that require more attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it is about robots that combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on higher-end models. And its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub floors more efficiently than the vibrating pads.

It also washes and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app is adept at nagging you only when something requires attention, for example, the clean water tank running low or a scheduled vacuuming session that was cancelled because of a full dust bin.
You can also combine or create actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo manages your home. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, taking dirt from carpets and hardwoods on the first pass. It can also vacuum up wet spills but I would suggest cleaning them off with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot in.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you could wish for. It has the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also comes with an auto-cleaning base station that automatically empty and cleans the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also features a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.
The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS The X1 Deebot is the sleeker, modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. It has a height of more than two feet the height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1, as it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can handle a full cleaning of approximately 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger and more robust dust bin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
Finally lastly, the X2 Omni has a more user-friendly app and voice assistant that operates offline, which means you can use it even if you're not home. It also comes with additional mopping modes as well as a smart routing feature that gives it the flexibility to clean specific areas or rooms of your house instead of simply following a predetermined path.
The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping robot. Its rotating mop pads clean tough stains and its motor produces lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding as well and it increases suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing an excellent job. It comes with a huge, rechargeable battery that can last up to a week. The mopping feature of the robot is also powerful.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium model that has a range of features that aren't typically found on robots of this price. It can build precise floor maps, recognize different types of flooring and is one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. Although these features are useful however, they also put the L10s Ultra in the luxury category which could make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners require.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim, with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper, which protects the vacuum and furniture from damage when moving around the home. Behind the pane at the front is additional navigation technology with sensors that help the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. This button will activate the vacuum. Clicking it again will turn it off and transmit it back to its base station. The center of the control panel has the circular menu which allows you to select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the app's settings which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner that removes 98.4 percent of the debris we test on hardwood floors and taking out all but stubborn juice staining. Its mops are efficient, clearing 98.4% of debris on our wood, tile, and carpet tests. However, it wasn't as efficient in dealing with sand on the hard floor and Quaker oats on carpet.
